Do I need an appointment?
Yes. The studio works by appointment so our team can give you dedicated one-on-one attention through your visit. Walk-ins can't always be accommodated.
Do I have to get something customised?
Not at all. If you find something you love in one of our available sizes, simply buy it as it is. Personalisation is there for when you want something made specifically for you.
How does confirmation work?
Once you request a slot, a team member calls you within 24 hours to confirm it and understand what you're looking for, so we can keep pieces ready. The exact address and directions are shared on WhatsApp after that call.
Can I buy something and take it home the same day?
Yes, if the piece is available in a size that works for you. We accept UPI, cards and cash. Personalised pieces need production time.
What can I customise, and how long does it take?
Depending on the garment: measurements, length, sleeves, colour and other design details. Personalised outfits take 15 to 20 working days and are delivered to your door.
Can I come even if I don't know what I want?
Absolutely, that's what we're here for. Tell us what you're dressing for and what you usually wear, and our styling team takes it from there.
Can I bring someone along?
Yes, you can bring up to two people. Select "Me + 1" or "Me + 2" when you book.
What if I'm running late or need to reschedule?
Reply to any of our WhatsApp reminders. We hold your slot for 15 minutes, but if another appointment follows yours, we may need to wrap up on time. To move your appointment, just tell us a day before.
